Every third Sunday morning of the month, join yoga in the galleries for an artistic yoga session. An all-level yoga class called Artful Movement is held in the galleries of MOCA Jacksonville in association with the neighborhood nonprofit Yoga 4 Change. Each session will be led by knowledgeable teachers who will modify the poses so that each student may participate at their individual level. All ages and skill levels can take these classes. Bring your own yoga mat, please.
