MOSH offers an early opening exclusively for homeschool families and co-op groups, providing them with General Admission to the Museum, Planetarium or Science Shows, and themed hands-on activities. The current theme is "Summer Blastoff," with a featured exhibition on Ice Dinosaurs. The sample itinerary includes check-in at 9 AM, followed by an educational program at 9:30 AM, and self-guided hands-on activities or museum exploration from 10 AM onward. After 11 AM, participants can continue exploring the museum with the general public. Program pricing is $22 per student (ages 6-16), $17 per accompanying adult, and $17 per accompanying child (ages 3-5).
