The Jacksonville Chocolate, Wine and Whiskey Festival is popping up in the Rail Yard District near Riverside Avondale on February 21, 2026. Picture this: folks pairing fancy chocolates with wines and whiskeys that could make your taste buds question their life choices, all without the pretension of a stuffy tasting room.
